RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

• BrandsExclusive.com.pk understands if you change your mind about a purchase. You can get a refund within 07 days of purchase (returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)
• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on their own expense to our address.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
• In case, the item(s) is not as per the order placed, all delivery charges will be borne by BrandsExclusive.com.pk in return or exchange cases.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

SUBMIT YOUR REASON
If you wish to return or exchange any portion of your online order, please send the reason for return on any of our Facebook page, WhatsApp number, or helpline. You will be required to resend the Item(s) back to us with reference to the order number received.

REPACK MERCHANDISE
Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Invoice, are included with your return shipment.

SHIP TO
The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on their own expense to our address.

PRODUCTS ON SALE:

Products purchased on sale are not refundable, so please make sure you select your proper size and color. However, these products can be exchanged depending on availability.
